Easter Story Relayed To Us... The Grandmother of a little girl named Marasol, gave her Granddaughter one of our large 3-D girl chocolate Easter bunnies. When she looked at it she exclaimed "Oh Grand-ma now I know the Easter Bunny is real, I know my Bunny came from Easter Island". Marasol had watched HOP the movie this Easter and was convinced her Chocolate Bunny came from Easter Island. Well Marasol, that is the biggest compliment I could have ever gotten. Thank you Carole for relaying your treasured moment with us. If I got her quote wrong please let me know and I will amend it. The words she spoke evoked the magic of Easter I felt as a child and I am honored to have been part of a life long memory of sharing that feeling. I thank you for an incredibly nice job based on all I’ve heard surrounding our recent Easter project. Tess offered the greatest pleasure with being presented with such a clever piece of work when she arrived to take delivery. Actually, the last time I did this I happened to be in Burlington one Easter weekend some few years ago when I came up on your store and after looking around for a minute or two, came away with an impressive basket then. At that time, my son and his girlfriend, Tess, were exceptionally surprised and very pleased. Fast forward the girlfriend, now his wife, having that experience left me counting on a repeat and I (we) certainly received far more than I asked for. The chocolate bride and groom among other things were very well received. A long distance job very well done for two very wonderful people, by two very special shop owners. Until our next project, I thank you very much. Kind regards, Bill Burga Jr Director Grand Forks, North Dakota Both Gingerbread House sold. Making one more on speculation. Next model will have feet and arms so it looks more like a Santa. My daughter says the rim of the hat should have been white. She especially does not like the RED pom pom on the hat. |
